These cookies are made from boxed cake mix. They are so easy to do.In 20 minutes I can have a platter full of warm cookies.I keep a box of cake mix in the cupboard just in case I have to make them for a playdate, get well visit, etc. And easy enough to make for quick teacher gifts too! You can use any flavor cake mix and add chips, nuts, fruit. The possibilities are endless.I made these with Devil's Food cake mix and chocolate-peanut butter chips.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
box Devil's Food Cake mix
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/8 c water
1 1/2 cups chocolate peanut butter chips
In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients but the chips. When all is mixed well, fold in the chips. Drop by tsp on an ungreased cookie sheet.Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.Cool on wire rack.Makes about 30 cookies.
