I love jalapeno poppers. the cream cheese kind, not the cheddar. I was browsing the web a few months ago and came across a recipe for jalpeno popper dip. I made it last week for finger food while watching the Penguins in the first round playoffs. It was very easy to put together, which is ahuge plus. That means hubby gets a snack he loves and I don't have to slave in the kitchen. And believe me this was delicious! I will be making this over and over for games, parties and even on sandwiches. Yum!
